2012.2.5 @ Solstice Cafe in Victoria, BC
In this older part of town in a very pleasant cafe I saw in front of me a handsome facade of a building standing tall on this quiet Sunday morning. Staring at it for just over an hour was a nice way to take in the traits and laid back feel of this town. The facade reminds me that character is built from unforeseen things we overcome rather than from things we saw coming a mile away.

I arrived at the airport really early this morning for a flight out to the west coast. With two hours to spare before boarding, I realize waiting areas are much more palatable with company. These two know what they’re doing that’s for sure. 🙂

Spent some time at the mall today doing some clothes shopping.  While looking around and trying things on I realize it is  best to play to your own strengths.  For example, some can pull off a scarf better than others.
